| Best Friend Pet adoption takes in dogs and cats that have been abandoned, abused, and neglected. They nurse these wonderful animals back to health and try to find them loving homes. They operate largely on donations (monetary and supplies). view their site! |

Raleigh Rescue Mission is Dedicated to helping homeless and low income people get back on their feet. RRM gives shelter, food, and provides educational programs and vocational training in hopes of preventing re-occuring homelessness. view their site! |

| Operation Catnip! Mind blowing fact: one unaltered cat and her unaltered offspring can produce 420,000 cats in seven years. We started getting a clue about this because there's a "community" of ferel cats in our warehoue neighborhood. So far we've trapped and sprayed/neutered 35 (that's 1,470,000 in cat reproductive years!). We now are able to continue to feed and water this colony without increasing its size. view their site! |
