WE ARE LOVING COLD BREW!
It's all about a different mode of extraction. What makes it different is that it's made cold and it's made slow. We steep the coffee grounds in cold water for 24 freaking hours. The result is a flavor that's super rich while remaining smooth and well-rounded. (Larry and head roaster, Brad Brandhorst, geeked out together coming up with a blend that shines when cold-brewed.)
