A delicious, mellow cup dominated by sweet cocoa notes and a pleasant nuttiness. Our light roast allows all of the delicate nuances to peek through, the soft, slightly fruity acidity balanced by a medium body. It all resolves to a brown sugary finish that lingers on, even after the cup is finished. These beans are grown on family farms of the Las Marias 93 cooperative in the mountains of Alegría.
