The Skinny on Shipping
We know you're anxious to get your hands on that super-delicious, freshly roasted, fairly traded, organically grown goodness. Here's how our shipping works:
- FREE Shipping? Whether you qualify for FREE shipping from an order of $75 or more (excluding tax) or a coupon for free shipping, we reserve the right to select the actual carrier (UPS or USPS). If it’s important to you to use a particular carrier, please indicate this desire in the customer comment field during checkout and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.
- WHEN DO WE SHIP YOUR ORDER? When we receive your order by 12 noon on a business day, we make an earnest attempt to ship your order that same day. If we miss this goal, we will ship it the next business day.
- RATES: Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment, no surprises.
- SIGNATURE: If you’ve selected UPS, and unless specified otherwise, UPS will leave the package at your door without a signature.

  100% of our coffee is Organic, Fair Trade, and Shade Grown. This means the people we source our coffee from nurture the environment for their kids' futures. This approach to farming also yields superior coffee beans. Everyone wins!
  
  Our approach to roasting is a CRAFT. Our one-of-a-kind slow-roasting style is part science, part art. Developed to bring out every wonderful note of flavor in every coffee bean. It's one of the reasons our coffee has an ardent following and tastes so good.
  
  We are ARTIST of the blend. Blending is how we turn our coffee fantasies into sharable realities.
  
  Our approach to business is to treat people and the planet fairly. This means having a low impact on natural resources, like "green-o-vating" our roasting facility to reduce our energy and water consumption. It's supporting local businesses and organizations everywhere we can. It means sourcing sustainable and biodegradable raw materials, and innovating when a good option isn't available. (For example we developed our bio-bag, which decomposes in 9 months). It also means paying farmers a fair wage for their crops and fostering transparency throughout our supply chain.
  
  We hope to be a model that inspires others to think differently and to become aware of how purchasing decisions lead to a happier world. Our Offerings. We offer 15 Creative Blends and 15 Single-Origin Varietal Coffees, along with limited-roast favorites like Rockin' Holiday Blend and Woodstock Blend.
